About the role:
Benedict Recycling in Belrose is looking for an experienced Weighbridge Administrator to join the team.
The site is just a 20 minute drive to Narrabeen beach on the beautiful Northern Beaches and a 5 minute drive to the nearest shopping centre.
This role is on a full time basis working Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm and would also require to you have the availability to work on a Saturday from 6am to 1pm.
The Weighbridge Administrator is responsible for the daily administration tasks for the weighbridge, providing excellent customer service via both phone and face to face to all customers, weigh trucks in & out of site & produce weighbridge dockets for customers, preparation and reconciliation of accounts payable, daily timesheets and data entry. You will be responsible in ensuring the weighbridge continues to run efficiently to meet production targets.
Desired Skills and Experience
Role Responsibilities:
Daily intercompany balancing of incoming & out going products with other Benedict sites.
Daily timesheets in absence of site manager.
Weekly fitter time sheet data entry.
All ordering for the site as directed by the Site Manager.
Preparation & Reconciliation of accounts payable.
Maintain Contractor Register.
Maintain & manage the incoming material classification register.
Administration Support including daily opening and distribution of mail.
Answering phones.
Weigh trucks in & out of site & produce weighbridge dockets for customers.
Weighbridge traffic control.
Maintaining the purchase order register for the site.
Reconciliation of petty cash.
Balancing the fuel usage for the site and ordering fuel
Maintain site log.
Conduct all tasks in a safe manner.
Report any hazards and ensure correct PPE is always worn.
