Job Description
The Weighbridge Administrator is responsible for the daily administration tasks for the weighbridge, providing excellent customer service via both phone and face to face to all customers. You will be responsible in ensuring the weighbridge continues to run efficiently to meet production targets.
This is a Full time role working rotating shifts:
Monday to Friday
5.45am-1.51pm
10am-6.06pm
Any overtime will be paid at the appropriate penalty rates
In addition, you will be required to work one Saturday and one Sunday per month, also paid at the applicable penalty rates.
Weekend hours include:
Saturday - 6am-2pm
Sunday - 8am-2pm
Desired Skills and Experience
Role Responsibilities:
All ordering for the site as directed by the Site Manager.
Preparation & Reconciliation of accounts payable.
Administration Support.
Answering phones.
Weigh trucks in & out of site & produce weighbridge dockets for customers.
Weighbridge traffic control.
Maintaining the purchase order register for the site.
Reconciliation of daily cash sales and petty cash.
Complete site inductions and maintain site induction register.
Balancing the fuel usage for the site and ordering fuel for the site.
Conduct all tasks in a safe manner, following all relevant safety policies and procedures.
Report any hazards and ensure correct PPE is always worn.
